This week the UK saw a decent amount of snowfall and I for one love the Christmas feeling the snow brings. Now that we are in the full festive swing of things I thought it was only right to bring you guys a video of my favourite red lipsticks. Whether you are going to a Christmas party or just love wearing a red lip, then I hope this video gives you some inspiration.
I personally love the true red colours, but I have a mix of dark toned, lighter reds, something high end and more affordable. So I hope this video helps you out.
If you have a favourite red lipstick let me know below which one it is. I will definitely check it out.
Hi guys, recently I managed to get my hands on the new Huda Beauty Obsessions eye shadow palettes. I picked up Mauve obsessions and Warm Brown obsessions from the range and there are 4 in total. I didn’t pick up the Electric palette or the Smoky palettes.
The quality of the packaging is top notch. A good quality outer packaging with a magnetic closure continues to follow the theme of Huda’s previous eyeshadow palettes. You get 9 eyeshadows with a mix of textures; some mattes and some of the textured eyeshadows we’ve seen previously in Huda’s Rose Gold and Desert Dusk palettes.
The great quality of these shadows isn’t just reflected on the outside. The shadows themselves pack a punch with their vibrant pigmentation and smooth blending ability. When I used them I had no fall out and was able to build the colours up gradually which is just what I like in an eyeshadow palette.
Watch my video below for a full in depth review and let me know if you have tried any of these eyeshadows along with your thoughts.

Hi my beauties, today I bring to you a review of one of my favourite high-end luxury makeup brands – YSL who have brought out a new matte Foundation & Concealer. For as long as I can remember I have been obsessed with YSL Going through the beauty section of department stores my eye would always catch the YSL section and I would stop to take a closer look.
I love their packaging, so chic, so classy and rich looking with black and gold as their colour theme. So when I found out that YSL had launched its first full Matte foundation I just had to get my hands on it. Being a full coverage matte foundation kind of girl I took myself off to Selfridges in London and picked up shade BD45. Now I have to admit, I did find the foundation shade selection very confusing. If you are new to YSL foundations, you might too so definitely grab a few foundation samples first to make sure you have the right colour match.
Whilst I was there I also spotted a new All Hours concealer and had to try that as well. It claims to be long-lasting and crease free so I for one am excited to see if this lives up to all its claims. For further information on the foundation click here and the concealer, click here. Check out my Youtube video below and let me know your thoughts in the comments section. See you in my next post. x
